This is one hundred and forty nine acres of almost totally raw land overlooking the outer bay that fronts on the Causeway to Cape Breton. There is approximately 680 width feet of Gulf water frontage with the Ceilidh Coastal Trail (the old rail line) passing through the land up-slope. Located on the main highway up the western shore of Cape Breton Island, near Troy, the land stretches. 1.15 miles up gradient from the waterfront to steeper inclines on evergreen forested heights. From the waterfront across the highway and up the gentler slopes is a mix of hardwood and firs. The aerial provides an idea of timber and topography.
