This luxurious four bedroomed house is located on the stunning Phoenix Golf Course about 20km south of the town of Pattaya and 5km from the sea in the province of Cholburi in Thailand. All rooms are air-conditioned. A security alarm is fitted to all doors and windows and there is a movement alarm and smoke alarm in the living room. The security system is connected by land line to a security company who monitor the system and will respond if the alarm is triggered. A land line provides telephone and internet and a wifi router provides wifi within the house.

In front of the living room there is a salt water swimming pool, 9m by 5m by 2.1m deep at the deep end. This has jacuzzi jets at the shallow end with built in steps and seats on two sides. On the first floor their is a jacuzzi bath.

Rental price is 90,000 THB a month for a minimun of 1 year contract, it will be included pool & gardens maintenance
