Living Area

The spacious open plan living room has been finished in a comfortable homely style with plenty of soft lighting and air conditioning to keep you cool in those hot summer months. There are two chocolate brown sofas, a dark wood coffee table and flat screen TV. The window looks out onto a compact inner courtyard of the traditional Nicois building.

Kitchen

The kitchen is joined to the living room, it is modern and functional and comes with all the mod cons including a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, four ring hob, microwave and washing machine. There is a bar that has been extended onto the kitchen to provide an eating area for 6 people.

Bedrooms

The first bedroom is situated above the living room on a mezzanine level accessed via an open staircase in the living room. This room comes with enough head height for average sized people to walk freely, taller guests may have a problem standing upright, or may simply need to duck under the traditional wooden beams. There is a double bed with reading lamps either side, a small hanging area and some open storage.

The second bedroom is on the ground floor and, like the living room, overlooks the inner courtyard of the building. There is a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side, an open wardrobe and wooden chest of drawers.

The third bedroom is on a mezzanine level above the second bedroom and is accessed via a second open staircase situated in the hallway. The same height restrictions apply as for the first bedroom. There is a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a small storage area. We recommend that children should be supervised on the open stairs.

All three bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Bathroom

Le Marche comes with one bathroom and one separate toilet, both of which are situated on the same level as the living room and kitchen.

The modern bathroom holds a large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, two wash basins with a vanity unit and mirror and a toilet.

The separate WC is situated just behind the kitchen.
