The living area is spacious and sunny. There are two smart white leather sofas to relax on and a coffee table which can also convert into a dining table for two. There is a TV and internet to keep you entertained.

Patio doors open out onto a balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking views over Nice and down to the sea.

Kitchen

The kitchen is modern and situated close to the entrance door. Here guests will find all they need to cook a good meal to enjoy on the balcony. There is an oven, four-ring hob and fridge freezer, and a washing machine and dishwasher.

Bedrooms

The bedroom has a double bed surrounded by storage space for guests' belongings. There are shutters to keep out the light so you can enjoy a great night's sleep here. A door leads out on to a small side balcony where you can overlook the peaceful hills.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. There is also a washbasin and vanity unit with a large mirror.
