Tannuaz is a traditional chalet which was built in 1964 and internally renovated in 2007. It has a very spacious feel and offers 180m² of living space over three levels.

There is a further large bedroom on this level which faces south.

The chalet has a large garden and is situated in a calm neighbourhood in Les Houches and benefits from almost year-round sunshine.

Our opinion
Tannuaz is a very spacious and bright chalet with the possibility to extend further. It is located in a quiet area of Les Houches and would make a very good family home.
