Living Area

The open plan living and dining room is spacious and calm. The soothing colour palette of beige and brown is given a more Provencal feel with touches of wicker and blue patchwork cushions to create an informal, homely feel. The large sliding glass doors give access to the terrace and garden.

There is a very comfortable three-seater sofa, two wicker armchairs, solid wood coffee table, TV and DVD player and dining table that seats up to six. There is also a fully stocked bookshelf to entertain you on those lazy afternoons. The living room, like the rest of the apartment, has a cooling ventilation system that is not as strong as air-conditioning, but it will certainly help.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and provides plenty of room to prepare a lovely home-cooked dinner. Modern and well-designed, it holds an oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, four ring hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms

There are two reasonably sized bedrooms in this property. The first holds a double bed with beige linen headboard and pine bedside tables with reading lamps. The walls are simply painted white with a few personalised touches in the form of tasteful paintings and a marine inspired wall hanging. There is also a full length fitted double wardrobe.

The second bedroom is slightly larger than the first and holds two single beds with the same beige linen headboards and bedside tables with reading lamp. This bedroom has direct access onto the terrace and another full length double fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom

The bathroom is traditionally decorated and holds a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, vanity unit and heated towel rail.

There is a separate WC next door.
