The Palais Liberte modern complex was built in 2008 and commanded a high purchase price, with good reason. It's right in the centre of town, yet located in a quieter area if Nice, and comes with all modern conveniences. Our apartment, Liberte, combines contemporary furnishings with pretty pastels for a relaxing retreat. Guests love the sunny terrace where you can dine alfresco or relax after a day spent sightseeing or at the beach.

Living Area

The living area is bright and airy with floor-to-ceiling patio windows and cream floor tiles. There are two beige sofas with a coffee table, small rug, flat-screen TV and DVD player.

Accessed from the living room is a large quiet terrace with two modern picnic tables, four chairs and a sunlounger. Here guests can while away the time with a book or just enjoy having a glass of wine outdoors in the evening, essentially make the most of the mediterranean lifestyle!

Kitchen

The kitchen is open plan with beech units concealing a dishwasher, a combined washing machine and tumble dryer, and a fridge-freezer. There is also a stainless steel oven (with microwave function) with a four-ring halogen electric hob. Guests can either eat at the breakfast bar or at the table outside on the terrace.

Bedrooms

The bedroom has been decorated in relaxing tones and consists of a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a fitted wardrobe with drawers. Large patio windows span the bedroom wall, from which you can directly access the terrace. The windows also benefit from electric shutters, ensuring a good night's sleep.

For those travelling with a baby there is enough space in the bedroom for a baby cot. Please see our packages section if you would like to book one.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom is fully tiled in white tiles with a decorative blue border. There is a bath with overhead shower attachment and glass shower screen, a vanity unit and a towel radiator.

There is a separate WC just next to the bathroom.

Particulars

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for two guests and utilities.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
