A simple General Tenancy Agreement is all that is necessary to secure a unit of your choice. There are no upfront fees other than a normal rental bond and should you ever choose to leave you are simply asked to give 2 weeks notice. It’s that easy.

One of the most exciting benefits of choosing a lifestyle at Liberty Villas is the facilities that are available for your personal use right on site. A well-appointed Recreation Centre with beautifully landscaped grounds forms the centre point of the village. Boasting a heated swimming pool and entertainment deck, indoor activities hall, kitchen, library and visiting professional suite; Liberty Villas provides extensive facilities not ordinarily found in normal rental properties. A village bus operates to provide local shopping trips and outings exclusively for the use of Liberty Villas Residents.

An emergency call system known as Vitalcall has been installed throughout the complex. It is operated by an independent and external company. Your unit has been fitted with an emergency button for activation in the case of an emergency within your own unit to alert the Vitalcall response centre to arrange dispatch of an ambulance. This system is designed to provide external paramedic response ‘At Call’ - 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

A fully furnished, self-contained 2-bedroom hospitality suite has been provided for visiting guests or families. A fee will apply and can be discussed with Management prior to booking.
