Llocated in a quiet area of Moraira, this detached villa in the Pinar del Advocat area is only a 20 minute walk to the centre of town.
Via the electric gate we enter the property and the carport is at street level. The 8 x 4m pool is freeform in shape and has a spacious terrace with lots of room surrounding it to relax on sun beds. There is also a convenient pool shower just around the corner for rinsing off after a refreshing swim.
