Surrounding the pool area are neat flower beds and a high wall offering a good degree of privacy.

The house has been let for holiday rentals for some time and achieves a good occupancy rate (40%) with a regular income.

In our opinion houses like this can rent up to £600 per week in the season.

The area.

The house has open aspects to the front overlooking a local Olive Grove, with views of the hills beyond, there is easy access to the A92 Motorway and the village of Lora is only a short walk away. Estepa is a 10 minute drive and provided the Supermarkets and weekly street markets together with a good range of Resterants.

The AVE station in Herrera is easily accessed within 15 minutes by car, or by Taxi.
