The villa is designed encapsulating the concept of a traditional Alicati style house. The villa has a 25sq.m private pool which is suitable for up to 6 people at any time, with sunbathing area and a beautiful landscaped garden. This is very suitable for a family as it is on a private road which is surrounded by mature olive trees. The villa accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms all with private balconies. There are two family parks at either end of the road. It is a quiet residential area which is within a five minute radius of the town centre of Cesme with beautiful restaurants, beaches, spa's, thermal baths and a new supermarket on your doorstep. It is one of Turkey's most beautiful stretches of beach, surrounded by crystal clear blue seas, with landscapes of cultivated fields of aniseed, sesame and artichokes dotted with fig and gum trees. In the natural bays you can swim in absolute peace. Cesme is linked to Izmir with a modern motorway, making it fast and easy to get to Izmir and back. The trip is around 45 minutes by car.

Villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the Villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The Villa has television with dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
