The building project comprises a new building with five individual parts all differing, architecturally but harmonising with sophisticated parts to the building. The apartments vary in size, orientated to the street and to the inner courtyard or garden; whereby the balconies (to the inner courtyard) and the large windows, loggias and balconies to the street use this outdoor space for the apartment and ambience.
