This large family chalet is on the edge of the picturesque hamlet of Mathonex 4km from the centre of Samoens and 5km from the main bubble lift. This is the main floor and it has an open plan layout with a large sitting room with fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area and a study From this room doors lead out to a covered terrace. There is also a double bedroom on this floor and a cloakroom off the entrance hall.

* First Floor
The master bedroom is large enough for a separate little sitting area. It has an ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi bath and a walk-in clothes storage corner. There is a second double bedroom; a children's room with two bunk beds and a bathroom.

* Garden Floor
The garden floor is accessed via an internal staircase but also has its own entrance, open plan sitting/dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, bathroom with WC and space for a washing machine, one double bedroom and a room with four bunk beds. It can be used as a separate flat. Also on the bottom floor are a sauna room with a sauna, a wooden retro cold water tub and a shower, a boiler room, a laundry, a cellar and a double garage.

* Outside
2 small balconies on the first floor. One large semi wraparound balcony on the main floor. A large decking area surrounding three sides of the chalet, ideal for al fresco dining. And a good-sized garden, mainly laid to grass, to the side of the chalet. There is plenty of room on the land to allow for the construction of a second chalet.
