The Aventuras Club offers luxury fractional home ownership vacation homes in the Mayan Riviera Mexico. As a fractional owner, you purchase only as much time as you desire, combining the benefits and value of membership in our Private Residence Club with the amenities and services of an exclusive resort. The fractional ownership club residences are beautiful, well constructed, well managed, and well maintained.

The Villas

The Aventuras Club Private Residence Club offers three distinctly different locations within the beautiful resort community of Puerto Aventuras with luxurious vacation home villas situated on the Marina, Lagoon and Beach. Our customized one, two and three bedroom villas are lavishly furnished, decorated and supplied with every item necessary so you can simply arrive with your personal items and begin your vacation.

Marina Villas

Aventuras Club - Marina overlooks the clear waters of the marina. Each of the nineteen villas feature a balcony with a view of the marina and its many boats. This four story building with an elevator is only a short walk from the many shops and restaurants of Puerto Aventuras. It is in the preliminary stages of construction.

Lagoon Villas

Aventuras Club - Lagoon is situated on a protected inlet of the ocean. The eight villas will enjoy a view of the lagoon as well as a private beach. The quiet waters of the lagoon are perfect for swimming and kayaking. This project has been completed and is currently being enjoyed by many happy Aventuras Club owners.

Your privately owned Condo is purchased for a period of four weeks.

Program Rules:

To participate in the program you must be married; 30 years of age or older; fully employed or retired and have an annual household income greater than $100,000 USD.

You will travel to Puerto Aventuras (at your expense) and stay at one of the Aventuras Club resorts for 4 nights. The cost of your accommodations is $480 USD. A maximum of 6 people allowed in a two bedroom villa. The rate for a three bedroom villa is $640 (4 nights)

You are aware that it is a necessary requirement that you be present for an Aventuras Club presentation that may take up to 2 or more hours. This presentation is educational in nature and will allow you to understand our mission and the Aventuras Club Lifestyle.

If during your visit you purchase a fractional interest in the Aventuras Club resorts, your accommodation expenses at Aventuras Club and up to a total amount of $1,000 USD* of your travel expenses will be deducted from your purchase. *($1,000 dollars for a four week fraction, $500 for a two week fraction)

This form must be completely filled out to be considered for our "Try Before You Buy" promotion. There is a limited supply of villas at this promotional price and they are available on a first come ? first serve basis. The villas cannot be reserved more than 45 days prior to your visit. Your reserved villa must be paid in full with a major credit card before receiving a confirmed reservation. If you do not participate in the presentation Aventuras Club will charge your credit card an additional $250 USD per night for your visit.
