The 21 hectare resort will have 69 villas and centre facilities (reception, swimming pool, restaurant/bar and shop) and will also include two recreational parks (activity and woodland)

The villas will be rented out throughout the year by a rental organisation and all villa owners will receive a share of the profits, as well as being able to stay in their property for up to 6 weeks/year.

There will be no condominium fees to pay whatsoever. The management company will take care of the whole resort including the individual gardens, at no charge.

Owners will be able to enjoy worry-free property ownership with minimum running costs and will each year receive a share of the resort's profits.

Villas
The concept provides for a car free park and the villas and facilities will be authentically built with specific Tuscan details. The energy supply (biomass heating) and construction (insulation and materials) are extremely durable.

The construction of the infrastructure and the first ten villas has already started and you may visit the site now. The works are being carried out by a large reputable local building company.

Listed selling prices exclude furniture and inventory (EXCEPT FOR THE PHASE 1 PROPERTIES WHICH ARE PROVIDED FULLY FURNISHED), buyer needs to take into account these additional costs as soon as the exact package and design are specified.

The entire facility is positioned in the premium sector. A high quality design and construction together with authentic quality and in particular the location of the project gives the park a special status.

•The villas are sold to individual owners and are "rented back" in the form of an agreement by the agency by the operator.

•The gastronomy in the Central Facilities are in own management or are rented/leased under conditions yet to be determined.

•The operator will take care of the daily operations, customer services and the management and maintenance of the villas by means of a management contract.

•The rental organisation, with its many distribution channels and the European experience, provides optimum utilisation of the system.

•The payment and billing with regard to the home owners is carried out by the rental organisation.

•The high quality and individual attention for both guests and owners is guaranteed by the relatively small scale and local conditions.
