The equestrian center has been designed for dressage riders and lies in the nature reserve of Schwalm-Nette near the Dutch border with internationally known riders and horse trainers living in the vicinity. Aachen-Soers, the venue of the world's largest horse riding competition is just 70 km away by motorway.

The center is divided into three areas:
1) Equestrian activities and owner's accommodation:
The equestrian center and stud covers an area of 34,391 m2 (8.5 acres).
