Living Area

Dominated by the stunning graffiti the owners found when they purchased the property, the open plan living area is one-of-a-kind. The two sofas won a design award and are set around a unique wooden coffee table. Guests will enjoy trying out the lighting options to create different moods, and using the stylish lamps and fan.

The white dining table easily seats six, and comes with high-backed leather chairs.

For entertainment there is a TV with some English channels as well as an iPod dock, and, best of all, there is a pool room downstairs, again with its own iPod dock.

Kitchen

In line with the rest of the apartment, the kitchen is incredibly sleek. This is the first rental apartment on our books which comes with its very own wine fridge and, with this to hand, how can guests resist the temptation to sample some of the local red, white or rose?

It is also equipped with a large fridge, separate freezer, three ring hob with extractor fan, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. The separate island workstation gives the chef plenty of space to get everything ready and any appliances can be plugged in to the sockets which usefully pop up from the work surface.

Bedrooms

Each of the three bedrooms has its individual style. All come with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, bedside lamps and generous wardrobe space.

The luxurious master bedroom, featuring exposed stone walls and a hessian carpet is split over two levels. Downstairs is the sleeping area with a king size bed and TV and upstairs is a stylish dressing room and the bathroom.

The second bedroom is closed off using a modern version of Japanese sliding panels. The high ceilings give a great feeling of space and the king size bed comes with a luxury headboard.

The third bedroom can be found on the ground floor. More of a suite than just a bedroom, it has a king size bed and it's own lounge with two-seater sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player.

Bathroom

The three bathrooms are all ensuite. The one connected to the master bedroom has the luxury of a corner bath with shower attachment as well as a walk-in shower. This bathroom also benefits from his and hers washbasins, a toilet, mirrors and a heated towel rail.

The bathroom ensuite to the second bedroom is tiled in an ultra-modern, metallic black. It comes complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin with vanity unit and a heated towel rail.

The bathroom for the third bedroom also has a walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail and washbasin with vanity unit. We, of course, love the pebbles used in the decoration!

There is a separate WC located just off the living area.

A 2,000 GBP security deposit is required for this apartment and will be charged to your card one week before your arrival date.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment in Nice are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels and utilities for six guests.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
