Single and Couple units available. Residents can also choose between catered and self-catered units.

Marsden Gardens has been architecturally designed with both space and comfort in mind. Single and Couple units with connecting undercover pathways ensures easy access for all residents. All units have kitchenettes which include a fridge and microwave. Self Catered units are also available for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.

You have the option of using the existing furniture or decorating the unit with your own furnishings if you prefer, the choice is yours!
