Mayflower Village is situated in the township of Gerringong on the south coast of NSW. It comprises 100 units and is co-located with UnitingCare Residential Services including an 80 bed Nursing Home, 58 Room Hostel and 25 bed Dementia Specific Hostel. The Village is conveniently located close to the railway station, shopping centre and beaches and residents can easily take advantage of the Village’s relaxed feel, and enjoy the community spirit shared by the residents.

There are one and two-bedroom units to choose from with a garage or carport as an optional addition. Onsite facilities include an auditorium, bowling green, croquet lawn, BBQ area, library, hairdresser, chapel and village bus. Each unit has an emergency system which incorporates wired in smoke detectors for peace of mind and 24 hour maintenance line is available for all maintenance and gardening requests. Mayflower Village offers peace of mind, companionship and a sense of community.

Independent Living Villages provide accommodation for people over 55 years with an independent and secure lifestyle. Our one and two bedroom units are primarily for people who wish to live independently. The resident has the opportunity to organise external services to be delivered to their home, such as laundry, cleaning, meals and personal care. Independent Living offers freedom from building and gardening maintenance, a sense of security, companionship and access to other useful services and facilities.
