Living Area

The apartment benefits from two very sunny and spacious living areas, both of which have high ceilings. The bigger of the two, on the corner of the apartment, offers access to a large balcony and has ample seating for five people.

The second slightly smaller area has a round dining table with four chairs, and another sofa for lounging on whilst watching a DVD on the LCD TV.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen, with modern units and black worktop, is well-equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and four-ring hob, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a small breakfast bar - ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or for sitting and chatting to whoever is cooking.

Bedrooms

The sunny bedroom, also with its own balcony, has plenty of space. The feature fireplace in the corner adds charm, as does the wrought iron King Size bed with two bedside tables and reading lamps. Additionally, there is a chest of drawers and wardrobe which provide plenty of storage.

French doors lead out onto the balcony which comes with a table and two chairs, perfect for an al fresco breakfast!

Bathroom

The bathroom is newly renovated in a stylish black and white. It consists of a shower, a mirror surrounded by an elegant black and silver mosiac tile hangs over the the wash hand basin which rests on a custom made marble unit.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for two guests and utilities.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
