Community Care Day Centre programs offer older people the chance to get together to share in activities and social gatherings.

Our caring day centre staff and volunteers are well-equipped to support the needs of older people in the community – some of whom may be experiencing loneliness or have disabilities that make it more difficult for them to connect with their surrounding communities.

Exercise classes, chances to eat out, opportunities to take part in information days or tours, or to have a context in which to share skills and experience with one another are just some of the ways people can be involved in our community care day care programs.

UnitingCare Ageing offers care in a range of accommodation settings including high care, residential care, retirement living, community care, day centres, private nursing services and respite care. We continually strive to develop services by seeking knowledge, responding to and meeting community expectations and by developing innovative approaches that will provide the best possible care for the people we serve.
