Offered for sale is a 5.7L 1998 Gardner Douglas MK.III AC Cobra manual that has been with the current owner for over 10 years. Coming with a history file, this lot's condition scores an impressive 104 / 135.

This particular Mk3 Gardner Douglas was SVA approved in 2008 but registered as a 1988 on an 'E' registration plate. Powered by a 5.7 Litre Ford V8 (302 stroked to 347) which has been dynode at 400bhp. The engine was built by 'Engine Data Analysis' of Castleford, specialists in American racing and drag racing engines and mated to a 5-speed Tremec gearbox and limited slip differential. The body is finished in a beautiful Light Metallic Blue with White Le Mans Stripes and 17" Image wheels. It was built without the wet weather gear option meaning the lines of the car are cleaner with no rivets to accommodate the tonneau and soft-top. It boasts a detailed engine bay, stainless steel exhausts and twin chrome roll hoops and bumpers.
