This is a modern and well-built villa ideal for a couple or a small family travelling a lot.

It`s a place to feel well, still it is easy to maintain as the garden consists of tasteful light grey gravel and a few palms and plants needing virtually no maintenance.

There is a good drainage system, rain-gutters are installed and the outdoor-area is nicely illuminated by sensor lights. There is sufficient storage-space and the closed garage is remote-controlled and can bear two cars.
