This three bedroom pool villa is an excellent value. The location, off Soi Massayid in Rawai, is very tranquil yet has easy access to local restaurants and shopping in Chalong.

The open plan living area has an L-shaped Western kitchen with built-in hob/hood, microwave cubby, washing machine, and full-sized refrigerator. The white cabinetry with black granite countertops continues to a kitchen island that has breakfast bar seating for four. The lounge features a substantial, L-shaped sectional.

The living area opens onto the pool terrace where a second, covered dining area can be found. The terrace has terracotta tiles, a raw-concrete privacy wall, and ample covered areas.

The master bedroom, with its ensuite bathroom, also opens onto the terrace. The other one bedroom share the second bathroom.

The floors are cream-colored tiling throughout with nice accent tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are air-conditioning units throughout the house as well as ceiling fans.

Rental includes linen, gardener, pool cleaning, cable TV, internet, and water. Electricity is charged at 6 THB/unit.
