The location of the 360° project apartments is in the busy district of Friedrichshain Kreuzberg. It is the smaller district of the city, but also the most popular. Friedrichshain Kreuzberg is considered as a trendy and creative quarter of Berlin. In the surrounding areas, you can find a lot of fashion and design shops, popular bars and restaurants along with worldwide clubs. The Koppenstrasse is a small street connected to the well-known Karl-Marx-Allee with “Zuckerbackerstil” buildings and the Media-City on the spree.
The 360° project consists of new apartments built on the roofs of Friedrichshain. The building in the Koppen and Lange Strasse will receive two additional floors accessible through a brand new elevator. The top floor is irregularly set back from the facade, which shapes spacious terraces on which you can make the most of the sunny days. The floors below offer shaded loggias where you can relax and have some fresh air. Almost two third of the apartments are duplexes which result in several living areas. The light enters abundantly inside, through two large floor-to-ceiling windows which overlook an important part of Berlin. The new 360° apartments can have from two to five rooms and their size differs from 74 to 146 sqm. The high-end equipment with wooden flooring, a modern bathroom and a sober interior design create a great and timeless atmosphere. The end of the construction is estimated for 2019.
