Only a short walk through the land while passing antique terraces and olive trees, one can reach the dramatically beautiful bay of Cala Albarca. The house was renovated with lots of love and in much detail to a modern standard and consists of the main part of a cosy living area with fireplace, kitchen and two bedrooms with one bathroom. Separated from the main part there are three more bedrooms, two of them with their own bathroom. The house is surrounded by many different places to enjoy while meditating or just listening to the peaceful silence. A jewel of the classic ibizencan architecture awaits you.

San Mateo is very far away from the beaten track. But this is what makes the charm of this place. In its center there is a typical fortified church, a small shop which also is the post-office and some houses.The village lies in a fertile valley, with plenty of traditional agriculture and ancient Ibiza live-style.
