This is a lovely big house with 230m² which is currently being used as a single family home but can easly be modified to a 2 or 3 family house without any big alterations.

It was completely renovated in 2014. During the renovation the roof was completely replaced and simultaneously insualted according to the latest regulations. The entire electrical system, all water pipes, the whole heating system ( including Buderus burner and all radiators ) were replaced. All bathrooms have been newly tiled and and received new furniture, toilets, bathtubs, showers, etc... . The walls have all been newly plastered and painted, and much more has been done during the renovation of this house.
