The floor tiles are of extraordinary beauty, the bedroom floors are made of lacquered hardwood and are in an immaculate condition.

The master bedroom comes with a fully equipped workplace and a large en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and bathtub.

The western kitchen is as roomy as you can wish it is. In a wide U-shape, the worktops are made of black granite and it contains all equipment you need to spoil your guests with gourmet meals.

The main three bathrooms are wonderfully spacious. Fittings and materials are of top quality.

The lovely pool provides a skin-friendly salt-water chlorinator. It is embedded with sandstone. Lush cooling trees, palms and bushes are planted around. The wonderfully cared garden provides mature trees, papayas, bananas, rose apples just to mention some. There is a large, covered outdoor terrace area with a sofa group and a dining table.

On the technical side, there is ADSL Internet with phone line, at several sockets throughout the house. The garden can be easily cared through the automatic sprinkler system. TV sockets are in the living- and all the bedrooms. The local cable-TV provider is in the house.

There are nice maid quarters and utility and/or storage rooms plus a laundry area.

There is a second or backside entrance through which you can pleasantly stroll to a Wong-Amart bathing beach stretch that is only a 5 minutes walk away.

Security Police patrols are carried out in discipline. Plus there is an alarm system at place that is directly connected to a professional security firm.
