Ideal as either holiday home or for those wanting additional space with a large attached barn.

The house itself consists of one open planning living room downstairs with fitted units on your left. The kitchen is also equipped with built in oven, hob and extractor fan. The fireplace is original and awaiting a wood burning stove, if you want this to be an all year round home. This room is 35 m2 so space for lounging and dining too. Off this room is a fitted bathroom with WC. Upstairs the bedrooms have been attractively presented. They have parquet flooring, built in wardrobes and exposed stone work under the old ceiling beams. There is a smart shower room up here so a wash room for each bedroom. The roof has recently been seen to and the septic tank conforms. This is a real 'move in and unpack' type of property.

However, if you want a challenge, or have hobbies to consider, the attached barn is also included for you to play with.
