Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. The price would be 10 €.

The tenant commits to leave the property in the original condition of orderliness and cleanliness. otherwise there will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 50 €.

Upon request we offer additional services:

* General cleaning and change of towels and bedlinens
* Babysitting

Deposit is required according to the amount of the housing of their choice (ranging between 150 € and 1000 €). The deposit will be returned once the house has been revised.
