Opis:

In the center of Llavaneras, in 2003 Suichi Kobari, of the prestigious office of architecture of Barcelona Toyo Ito, he designed and projected this housing, of clearly oriental airs.
The combination exposed concrete walls, natural wood and large windows of glass compose this avant-garde design, a perfect mixing of exclusivity and functionality; the housing is distributed in three levels; the shallows offer two covered parking and is situated the housing entry.
In principal floor, the lounge, dining room and the kitchen share the only space (to emphasize the height of the roof), this space is completely glazed by large windows that unify the interior and exterior space.
In the second level, the bedrooms are distributed; the main suite enjoys a private terrace.
In semi-cellar there is a big storage room in cellar of 60 m2 and an annex glazed where an office and a gymnasium has been located.
