BUILDING SUPERVISORS (4X)

Are you an experienced Building Supervisor with large-scale building project experiences in Singapore? Our client is actively looking for Building Supervisors who can join their growing team in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main Accountabilities

• Will perform key construction site works.
• Able to plan construction sequence for various work trades/projects.
• Coordinate and lead the site inspection works.
• Implement Quality & Safety Systems, on site and monitor Contractors with the QAQC issues.
• Ensure delivery of construction materials on time.
• Review daily reports from vendors and report activities to management.

BACKGROUND:

Our client is one of the largest General Contractors based in Singapore.

PRE-REQUISITES:
• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Familiar with local regulations.
• Having both Structural and Architectural skills.
• Can communicate very well in English.
