Pebble Beach Retirement Community is perfectly located, just a stone's throw to Bribie Island and protected waterways of the Pumicestone Passage, sanctuary to two hundred species of water birds, turtles, dugongs and dolphins. Services

Pebble Beach intends to bridge the gap between full service retirement living and owning your own home. Therefore we don't provide all the services of some retirement community options. These are all available locally so you only pay for what you use. Body Corporate fees (currently $42 p/w) are due twice a year and cover costs associated with the maintenance of common property, gardening, the Maintenance Reserve Fund, building insurance and the fees for the management of the Body Corporate.
