Finished with a modern light wood parquet flooring laid in the traditional chevron form this area also benefits from original cornicing that is highlighted by graceful chandeliers and has been completely furnished with a thoughtful mix of classic design and modern pieces. The colour scheme of light, warm beige, Mediterranean Sea blue and touches of powerful, dramatic black all come together to create a stylish environment in which to relax, dine and enjoy.

There is a quilted two-seater sofa, two chrome footed armchairs, glass and chrome coffee and side tables, flat screen TV and a large wooden dining table to seat up to eight.

Kitchen

Sleek and contemporary, the striking black kitchen with marble tiles underfoot has been finished to a very high quality and comes with all modern conveniences. A large expanse of work space on uninterrupted black stone provides an ideal area to prepare and experiment with the world-renowned fresh French produce that is available on your doorstep.

There is a full size fridge freezer, four ring electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The balcony off the kitchen holds a small table and chairs to seat two.

Bedrooms

The first bedroom, the master suite, is no exception to the rest of the property in that it has been finished to an admirable quality and unbeatable level of comfort. Decorated with art-deco black patterned soft furnishings and plenty of soft lighting that create a calm and romantic space, this room also comes with its own ensuite bathroom.

There is a superking size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side, a pale blue armchair, spacious fitted wardrobes and access onto the front balcony through double glazed doors that overlooks the tree lined Boulevard Francois Grosso.

The second bedroom has been decorated in more subtle tones of pale blue, and decorated with a wall mounted sculpture of birds in flight and floral artwork.

There are two single beds that can be pushed together to create a superking, two bedside tables with reading lamps either side, another large fitted wardrobe and access onto the balcony with table and chairs to seat two.

Bathroom

Both bathrooms have been finished with a grey stone tiled floor and beige marble wall tiles. The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom holds a large walk-in shower, vanity unit with mirror, heated towel rail and toilet.
