Location

It is in close distance to the village of Agios Konstantinos (350m) where one can find mini markets, bakery, butcher, tavern and kafenio, and all other necessities are available a drive of 17km away in the town of Rethymnon, or closer by in the village of Episkopi (8km) where one can also enjoy sandy beaches.

Agios Konstantinos, on an altitude of 250m, lying on a rugged outcrop, is named after the local church. The village has several fine houses built during the Venetian time, as summer retreats for the Venetian nobles of Rethymnon. In the village one can find bakery, butcher, mini-market and tavern, and the general dealer with fruits and things like that visits the village daily by truck. More taverns, cafes etc. are available in the close by village of Roustika (approx. 2km).
