Living Area

From the entrance hall of the apartment, a grand doorway with pillars either side will lead you through to the living area. The comfy three seater sofa and the two armchairs make this elegant room is the perfect place to relax after a day out and about on the French Riviera.

Natural light pours in through the patio doors and bounces off the elegant mirror, filling the room with sunshine. The marble flooring topped with textured rugs, and decorative touches such as stand-alone lamps and cheerful cushions really add to the inviting feel of the room.

Entertainment is well catered for in the form of a large TV and a DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

At the far end of the room, a wooden dining table with four high-backed chairs provides ample space for eating in. That said, we think that more often than not, guests will be tempted to open the doors out onto the sunny terrace and dine alfresco.

Kitchen

Leading off the living area, the well-equipped kitchen is modern in style. Complete with an oven, fridge/freezer, four-ring hob with extractor fan, and microwave as well as all the utensils anyone who loves cooking could need, you really won't want for anything when preparing food in this homely environment.

The kitchen has a large door which also leads out onto the terrace, allowing a gentle breeze to blow through and keep the chef cool.

Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are similar in size, and both are delightfully sunny thanks to their sliding doors which lead out onto the apartment's second balcony. The master bedroom comes with a King Size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps and a chest of drawers.

The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables with reading lamps and a wardrobe.

Air-conditioning and tiled floors keep the rooms pleasantly cool in the summer, and the matching soft furnishings in each room create a really cosy feel.

Bathroom

The newly renovated bathroom is fully-tiled. There is a walk in shower, a wash hand basin resting on a vanity unit and towel heater.

There is a separate WC.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for four guests and utilities.

Parking is available at this apartment for an extra £84 for the stay duration.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
