Before a political headquarter where Panamanian political tactics and strategies where planned for the Province of Bocas del Toro, now the idyllic paradise home for the Caribbean aficionado. This house was redesigned and refurbished, preserving the Bocatoranian Caribbean architecture by a local architect for a former Vice President of Panama, the interior decoration was provided by a professional designer that applied ocean concepts and Panamanian culture.

This is a single family, two level building with 4 double bedrooms. On the upper level (second floor), is the master bedroom with its private bathroom and bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom. On the ground level, the guest bedroom (former maid's quarters) has a private bathroom and there is also a visitors restroom for your guests. Also on the upper level, (second floor), there is the, east-facing balcony with views to Bocas Town's Main Street, gets the ocean breeze, has a partial view of the pristine Caribbean waters, and provides a great area for breakfast, afternoon naps, or romantic dinners. There is a large covered balcony on the front of the house, which faces west. It serves as a reading area, dinning area, or large living room overlooking the paved road, the new bar billiards, and the Chinese own and operated grocery store which is like having a large pantry across the street.

The architecture and colors of the house gets the attention of the tourists walking by and has become a landmark to Bocatoranians and tourists. The house sits on a 200 square meters or 2150 square feet lot and was designed to maximize open living spaces (such as the main living room and dining area with space for 10 at the dining table). With a well designed kitchen, the ground area also features a large private open terrace surrounded a 8-foot high, block privacy wall and is beautifully landscaped. This is the preferred gathering space in the house for entertaining guests \"al fresco\" . The suntan terrace fits up to 3 beach chairs.

The reliable water supply cisterns are located near by the laundry area on the back of the property. There is also convenient small store room under the stairway. Besides the back and sides of the yard being surrounded by the privacy wall, the front is also fenced making it pet friendly. There is a car port suitable for, ATVs, bicycles, motorcycles, scooters or SUV. The house has been rented and it is been run as a boutique Bed & Breakfast.

Located on the south side of Bocas City and short walk to all the Bocas activity (only one block from Main Street). This property definitely is a Bocas del Toro's ecotourism headquarters on Panamas Caribbean Pearl. Boat taxis, boating, jungle expeditions, kayaking, beach combing, scuba diving, snorkeling, (thrillingly beautiful coral reef and pristine waters) and surfing are all availble.
