Baan Talay ('House at the Sea') is a premium class living resort, with full own uniformed security force and CCTV surveillance. About 50 parcels of land were sold to individuals and companies and are fully owned by them.

A privately owned Thai holding company secured in 2007, one of the largest and closest to the private beach lots with about 325 sq Wah (about 1.300 m2) of land and infrastructure. No house has been constructed yet on the land.

The land is free of any mortgages and can be obtained by any foreigner easily, without problems (the limited company can be taken over together with the land or any Thai company can obtain the land).

The Resort is absolutely hi-class, less than 50m from the beach. The nearest Marina is about 500m away. The big club house is located right at the beach, 35m from the Lot, equipped with a large gym, restaurant, sitting lounges, large pool and terrace.
