PROJECT ARCHITECT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Accountabilities:

• Conceptual designs, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions and pre-consultations, site meetings and project meetings
• Ensure all building plans are checked thoroughly for submissions for URA, BCA an technical departments to ensure full compliance before making formal submissions and highlight deviations or issues to QP/PIC
• Keep track of authority submissions status, project schedule and manpower allocation so that the project schedule and budget are maintained

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years experience in High-rise Commercial or Mixed-use projects in Singapore.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the following is a must:
- Conceptual design and programming
- Schematic design
- Design development
- Construction document prep
- Consultant and client interaction
- Construction administration
