Key Responsibilities
• Delivering project opportunities by engaging with clients and consultants
• According to programme and fee, must be able to allocate and manage project resources.
• Able to work simultaneously on various projects and independently without supervision
• Able to manage projects profitably, financial acumen and deliver documentation packages to QA standards.
• Good team player, communicator and service oriented towards Client’s for communications & liaisons
• Have a passion for outstanding design

Skills Required
• 5 -10 years of relevant experience in interior design across all industries
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any related discipline.
• Experienced in managing project programme and budget from the perspective on interior design
• Well versed AutoCAD and REVIT Skills
• Construction phase experience in site meetings, defects inspections, RFI responses, resolving issues on site
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and legislation
