PROJECT DIRECTOR –Based in Myanmar

A Project Director specializing in building construction projects is sought for by a huge multinational organisation. They are frequently associated the world’s leading built projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A team leader who could handle a team of Project Managers / Senior Engineers to oversee the on-going construction projects
• Good knowledge in project construction management of hospitality projects / commercial projects / mixed development projects
• Pro – actively manage changes in project scope, identify an manage potential crisis and advise on contingency plans.
• Will handle all construction operations / administration procedures under the company projects to carry out project planning, cost controls and authorities submission.
• Report to company directors on project progress

BACKGROUND:

Our client is well known for iconic build projects across Asia. They have been in this business for more than 30 years securing a strong list of successful projects.

PER-REQUISITES:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering / Building
• Familiar with commercial side of building projects
• Good technical skills
• Good knowledge of general building standards
• Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills
• 8 – 10 years of working experience in a senior role handling multiple projects
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
