PROJECT DIRECTOR / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
(SENIOR MANAGEMENT ROLE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• Business making mentality | Generate revenue | Drive to contribute to company’s ambitious growth
• Good client base records
• Identify potential clients and the decision maker within the client organization
• Directing the planning; development; implementation and maintenance of turnkey projects
• Making, executing policies, procedures and operations strategies
• Ensure cost control and increase productivity
• Involved in Business Development
• Working to stringent targets, you will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Engineering; Pharmaceutical; or M&E background
• Strong communication skills & strong networking within oil & gas industry
• Strong personality; highly organized and people skills
• More than 15-20 years of experience in project / engineering management
• Excellent client management & communication skills
• Candidate is to be flexible on working hours.
• Experience in working with a team to align sales strategies and solutions
• Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment
• Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
• Excellent project skills, good communication & interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
