Project Manager

Our client is a large passenger transportation company who is one of the leaders in elevator services in the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor the approval process for the design stage
• Supervise the procurement, manufacture, type testing, and inspection department
• Work with key sub-contractors
• Management of the installation process and site supervision
• Talent management of direct labor and sub-contracted labor
• Attend meetings as required by TKEHK
• Ensure workplace health and safety is met
• Budgeting for projects

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service Engineering or related discipline
• 5 years of experience in E&M Engineering or related field
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
