Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a main contractor and is currently one of the leaders in the construction industry with vast experience in building projects. They are currently looking for talented individuals that can assist their rapid growth in the industry. This company has a diverse project portfolio such as civil, residential, commercial, and government projects. They are a rapidly growing business but in the same time they are environmentally conscious and actively involved in corporate social responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare post contract administration
• Monitor and record all project site process
• Conduct Valuation of variation
• Preparation of tenders and tender evaluation
• Processing claims & Settlement of final accounts
• Site coordination and progress reports
• Cost control and budget planning
• Liaising with clients/consultants/contractors to negotiate contracts/ projects

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in Building projects
• Quantity surveying and contract administration experience is preferable
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
