REGIONAL SALES MANAGER *** APAC

A Globally recognized company in the construction industry. Providing high quality engineering products and services is currently seeking high caliber professionals to fill the role of a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain excellent customer relationship with existing customers;
- Generate and develop business and sales leads with assigned market and agents;
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer base independently;
- Develop sales planning and forecasting to achieve sales target;
- Address customer's concern skillfully and professionally;
- Implement marketing strategy and handle daily sales and marketing affairs;
- Follow up orders, liaison with customer and prepare quotations;
- Ad-hoc tasks are required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in the industry
- Must have background in civil construction projects
- Sales-oriented, aggressive, independent and energetic;
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills;
- Mature, patient, and able to work under pressure;
- Fluent in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
