JOB TITLE:

REGISTERED ARCHITECTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise architectural works
- Coordinate with the sub contractors and clients
- Review project specifications, construction drawings and some technical clarifications
- Handle cost control, work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions and documentation
- Approve and sign off drawings
- Local planning submissions and regulations
- Ensure that the safety regulations are complied
- Maintain the smooth progress of works

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years in post qualification experience
- MUST be a member of the HKIA
- Must be familiar with the local planning submissions and regulations
- Must be able to work independently
- Good communication skills Chinese and English
