Living Area

Through the vast entrance hallway and into the spacious living room that is framed by three double windows that open onto Juliette balconies. Like the rest of the apartment this room has been delicately finished in a modern style that contrasts with its traditional features.

There is a three-seater sofa, two comfy armchairs, coffee table, padded stool and large flat screen TV on a low level unit.

Next door to the living room there is a separate spacious dining room with an oval wooden table to comfortably seat six, and an ornate floor lamp which blends perfectly with the furnishings. This room also comes with the original marble fireplace, ornate sideboard and a lavish chandelier.

Kitchen

Situated just off the entrance hallway, the completely renovated kitchen has been finished with crisp white cupboards that retain some tradition with the subtle cornicing and Provencal blue tiles. Casual snackers can perch on one of three wooden stools at the small yet perfectly designed breakfast bench. The kitchen comes complete with a full-size fridge freezer, oven, four ring hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms in this apartment, all come with air conditioning.

The first, master bedroom has been finished in subtle tones of white and grey, like the rest of the property. There is another original marble fireplace with large wall mounted Belle Époque mirror and an equally grand stand alone wardrobe, with full size mirror.

There is a king size bed with bedside tables and wall mounted reading lamps either side and a full length double window that opens onto a Juliette balcony.

The second bedroom has been finished with splashes of pale gold and soft red in the soft furnishings.

There is a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a marble fireplace, red velvet armchair, and two stand-alone wardrobes.

The third and final bedroom, which also boasts a beautiful marble fireplace, has twin beds with a bedside table and reading lamps between them and a small ornate table and two occasional chairs. An ornately carved, stand alone wardrobe complete with mirrored door, beautifully complements the wooden floor.

Bathroom

There are two bathrooms in this apartment both have been finished in clean and modern white and grey.

The first bathroom holds a large walk in shower, elegant wash basin set in grey marble with wall mounted mirror and heated towel rail. There is also a toilet.

The second bathroom also holds a walk-in shower with floating wash basin and wall mounted mirror. There is also a separate WC accessed from the hallway.
