JOB TITLE
RESIDENT ARCHITECT – Contract Based *** Overseas

Our client is urgently looking for experienced Resident Architects to join their team for a project in Cambodia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee the project and ensure that the budget, delivery and schedules are in line with the specifications
- Liaising with the clients, management team, consultants and sub contractors involved.
- Review project specifications, construction drawings and technical clarifications
- Responsible for cost control, work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions and documentation
- Review drawings for approval
- Ensure that safety regulations are being observed

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Minimum 15 years project experience as a Resident Architect would be highly preferred.
- Previously worked in SEA Projects (Vietnam, Cambodia) would be an advantage.
- Responsible for Handling site coordinating issues, progress and quality of works and site safety
- Willing to be based Overseas
