The house is located near Piegaio and is a short distance from Pescaglia, the centre of the local municipality. Local stores are available in both villages and with Lucca only a 30 minute drive away, all facilities and services are readily available.

Ground floor:
Entrance to the house is through double glass doors with external shutters leading to;
A large kitchen area and dining room with a stone fireplace. The large stone sink is an impressive feature with cooker, fridge, dishwasher arranged in this area.

Access to the property is via an unpaved public road which is easily passable by car and runs a short distance of approximately 300m from the local paved community road.
