The apartment house is ideally located in Zollikerberg. In front of the house a 2 min walk away is the next tram and bus stop. By tram it takes you 15 min to get to the city center of Zurich (Stadelhofen Train Station) and by bus you can reach the lake in 10 min. In the back of the house like a 5 min walk is the forest to practise all kind of leisure activities. Also many different stors and supermarkets are in walking distance (3, 4 min).
